New York, NY – After a tough loss to Joe Calzaghe this past weekend, Roy Jones, Jr. was itching to get back in the ring for another bout. Jones now appears to be well on his way as he announced today that he has agreed to a bout with Teen Wolf Too.

The bout, which is scheduled for July 2009 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV is expected to draw a huge crowd as it marks the highly anticipated return to the ring for Teen Wolf Too.

Teen Wolf Too, who is sometimes known as Todd Howard, was a virtual unknown coming out of high school. However, based on the athletic prowess of his cousin, Teen Wolf (sometimes referred to as Scott Howard), who excelled at basketball for the Beacon Town Beavers, Teen Wolf Too was recruited as a boxer by Hamilton University.

Despite a 12-0 (12 KO) record during his first year at Hamilton University, Teen Wolf Too hung up his gloves after only one season. While it was widely maintained that he quit the team to focus on academics and his dream of becoming a veterinarian, there are many who believe the real reason he quit was because he was being investigated by the NCAA over the possibility he received illegal gifts.

It was widely reported that Teen Wolf Too was seen on numerous occasions recklessly driving around campus in a red corvette with the license plate “wolf too”. A local paper investigated the matter and turned it over to the NCAA when it found that the corvette was in fact owned by the Dean of Hamilton University.

Because he never boxed competitively again after his first season, speculation ran rampant over how good Teen Wolf Too could have been had he boxed for the remaining three years of his eligibility.

The exact opposite is true for Teen Wolf Too’s opponent, Roy Jones, Jr. There is no speculation, only accomplishments, as Roy has been boxing for well over twenty years and as a has a record of 52-5 (38 KO) as a professional fighter. He also once held the WBC, WBA, IBF, IBO, NABF, WBF and IBA light heavyweight championships at one time.

While their paths to this bout may have been complete opposites, both men have a lot to prove. Teen Wolf Too wants to show the world how great he could have been and Jones is looking to silence the critics who say he’s finished after last weekend’s unanimous decision loss to Joe Calzaghe.
